To ensure timely and accurate game scores and league standings, please follow the instructions below to submit game scores. This must be completed within 24 hours of the game’s conclusion.

Steps for Submitting the Scoring Form:

2. Complete Form:
   • All fields are required.
3. Review Your Submission:
   • Before submitting, double-check that all information is accurate. This helps avoid errors and ensures that the report is complete.
4. Submit Form:
   • Once you have filled out the form and reviewed the details, click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.

Important Notes:

• Deadline: The form must be submitted within 24 hours of the game’s completion. Late submissions may impact your team’s record or result tracking.
• Accuracy: Please ensure that all information, particularly regarding scores, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
